At contract award, you can use the BOE data to quickly establish the project’s budget baseline in EVMax or MaxTeam.  Easily measure progress, import actual costs, and maintain estimate to complete data to forecast the cost at completion.  Workflow functions automatically maintain a historical archive of budget changes throughout the execution phase – a complete set of data-backed documentation for approved budget changes and work authorizations.  It comes full circle as work is completed – simply update the historical actual cost process library in BOEMax for use in the next proposal.
