Dev Bhattacharya

Dev Bhattacharya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1995 as a Trainee Engineer at Greaves Lombardini, Dev then worked as a Shop Floor In-charge at Venus Engineering Works. Dev later served as a Plant Manager at Aditi Lighting Ind, where they were responsible for production planning and quality control.

In 2002, Dev transitioned to the role of Quality Control Engineer at Auto Ancillaries India, where they focused on checking parameters and maintaining ISO 9001-2000 data. Dev then joined Amin Beverages & Foods as a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing all quality aspects and production planning.

Moving into the recruitment field, Dev worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sterling-Hoffman Life Sciences and Collabera Inc., where they sourced qualified candidates and maintained relationships with clients and consultants.

Dev's career in recruitment continued as a Vice President of Delivery for Ian Martin Vadodara Consulting Private Limited, where they managed team leaders and found talent in the North American market.

In 2020, Dev took on the role of Recruitment Consultant at Freelance, providing subject matter expertise to hiring managers and working closely with clients.

Currently, Dev is working as an Associate Director - Key Account Management/Strategic Business Development at ProKatchers LLC. In this role, they manage internal and external relationships, leads execution and production of ideas, and develops business relationships across all levels of organizations.

Throughout their career, Dev has demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships, execute strategies, and deliver results in various industries.

Dev Bhattacharya has a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Dev also holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
