Julie Jacobson-Ruby

Julie Jacobson-Ruby is an experienced professional in the fields of child advocacy and human resources. Currently serving as CASA Manager/Guardian Ad Litem at ProKids since November 2021, Julie supervises Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) and collaborates with legal and family systems to advocate for children facing abuse and neglect. Additionally, Julie volunteers as a Human Resources Consultant at OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence, providing pro bono HR guidance to nonprofit organizations. Julie's previous roles include HR Project Manager at Auxin Group and various leadership positions in compensation and benefits at Standard Textile Company and RR Donnelley. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
