Ian Espiritu

Ian Espiritu has held a variety of roles in the engineering field since 1999. Ian began their career at Imation as an Advanced Process Engineer. In 2001, they joined 3M Health Care - Drug Delivery Systems, where they served in roles such as Technical Team Leader, Production Supervisor, and Senior Process Engineer. In 2008, they moved to Baxter Healthcare as an Engineering Manager, and in 2011 they joined Baxalta as a Senior Engineering Manager. Since 2015, they have been the Senior Engineering Manager at Prolacta Bioscience, where they are responsible for technical and project leadership for large capital projects, day-to-day support for Facilities/Maintenance activities, and management of the capital project portfolio. Ian has also been the Project Manager for a multi-million dollar Capacity Expansion project.

Ian Espiritu received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota between 1997 and 1999.
