Scott Elster

Scott Elster has worked in various roles over the past three decades. In 1987, they began their career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche. Scott then moved to Baxter Healthcare in 1991, where they served as Director of Supply Chain. In 2000, they became a Board Member at Monrovia Growers. In 2004, they were appointed Director of Operations at Osmetech Molecular Diagnostics. Finally, in 2006, they were appointed CEO of Prolacta Bioscience.

Scott Elster attended California State University, Northridge from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business. Scott then went on to pursue an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they completed in 1998.
