Daniela Marcu

Daniela Marcu is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Prolactal since February 2024, Daniela previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at PreZero Deutschland from November 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included optimizing personnel structures, implementing compliance management, and enhancing reporting processes. Prior to that role, Daniela was the Chief Financial Officer at Kaufland Romania & Moldova for over 15 years, focusing on streamlining administrative and financial processes, mentoring teams, and overseeing the expansion into Moldova. Additional experience includes positions as Business Analyst and Controller at Premium Lubricants Romania and Accountant at Aral Romania. Daniela holds a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Studies, both from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
