Diego Perales is a seasoned professional in production and industrial management with extensive experience in manufacturing environments. Currently serving as Production Manager and Factory Leader at Prolec Energy since October 2020, Diego oversees the production of 600 pole-type transformers daily, managing a team that includes 3 supervisors, 12 team leaders, and 150 operators, focusing on sheet metal, welding, and painting processes. Prior to this role, Diego held various leadership positions at Carrier, including Production and Industrial Engineering Leader and Lean Transformation Team Leader, alongside experience as Production Controller at NovoCast and Buyer at SISAMEX. Diego began a career in logistics at Bosch and possesses an MBA from EGADE Business School, complemented by degrees in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
