Michael McGrail is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in materials purchasing and inventory management. Currently serving as a Materials Buyer at Prolec Energy since March 2023, Michael is responsible for production planning, supplier relationship management, cost control strategies, and inventory reduction initiatives. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Purchasing Materials Manager at Clement Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included managing all direct and indirect material purchases, negotiating supplier terms, and identifying cost improvement opportunities. With earlier roles as an Inventory Control Analyst and in various positions related to safety and maintenance, including ToolRoom Attendant/EHS Representative and Asset Manager across different companies, Michael has demonstrated a strong track record of process improvement and operational efficiency. Michael holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from LSU Shreveport.
