Steve Roberts is an accomplished management consultant with extensive experience in operational excellence, serving as President and CEO of Roberts and Associates since July 2013. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at SPX Corporation, including Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Vice President of Business Process Improvement, contributing to the enhancement of operational processes from 2005 to the present. Steve also served as Director of Lean Six Sigma at Menasha Packaging from 2003 to 2006 and has a background in operations at Invensys and Robertshaw during a tenure spanning a decade. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from the University of Lynchburg and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
