Simon White

Simon White is an experienced Chief People Officer, currently serving at Prolific since November 2024, after a similar role at Blink - The Frontline Experts from March 2022 to November 2024. Prior to these positions, Simon held the role of Head of HR Advisory at Revolut from January 2021 to April 2022, and served as HR Director for Northern Europe at a private company from August 2020 to January 2021. From June 2015 to March 2020, Simon was the Head of Employee Relations International at Facebook. Simon holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from De Montfort University, obtained between January 2011 and July 2013, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication and employee engagement throughout a diverse and progressive career in human resources.
