Tim Kimber has extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, as a Technical Lead and Senior Consultant at Prolifics, Tim assists clients with application integration using the IBM WebSphere software portfolio. Previously, Tim worked at IBM for nearly 15 years, where roles included Integration Bus Technical Lead for Healthcare, leading global teams in designing and implementing healthcare integration solutions, and managing the development of IBM's DFDL processor. Prior to IBM, Tim served as Technical Team Lead at EDS Group, leading projects in training scheduling and payroll administration systems, and began as a Programmer at PolyMeters Response International, where innovative programming improved system performance in the UK electricity market. Tim holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Brunel University of London.
