Alicia Baston has spent the last five years serving as a Lead Trainer and Program Manager for the Monroe County Community Prevention Coalition Inc., where they designed and facilitated trauma-informed training and delivered prevention education in Florida K–12 schools. Alicia also serves as an HR Consultant and Customer Success Manager for Solutions of Substance, leading recruiting efforts and overseeing a Learning Management System for South Carolina DSS. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Development at Clemson University, Alicia continues to foster community partnerships and educational initiatives to support at-risk populations.
