Rob Horton

Rob Horton has extensive experience in recruitment and operations management within the healthcare staffing industry. Starting as a Nurse Recruiter at trustaff from February 2007 to November 2011, Rob then transitioned to Medical Staffing Network Healthcare as a Regional Recruiter until April 2012. Rob continued to advance at ProLink Staffing, where roles included Senior Recruiter, Senior Recruitment Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Director of Operations - Strategic Accounts, culminating in the position of Regional Recruiting Director, which has been held since November 2019. Prior to this, Rob served as Operations Manager at Paramount's Kings Island from 1997 to 2006. Rob holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Miami University, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
