Ryan Kim

Ryan Kim has a wealth of experience in the affordable housing industry. Ryan began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager at Asian, Inc. Ryan then moved to Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. in 2006, where they worked as an Assistant Project Manager. In 2009, they joined Boston Community Capital as a Loan Officer. In 2012, Ryan began working at CohnReznick LLP as a Manager. Ryan developed and marketed a proprietary database application, AmortizationPro, which performs fund investment accounting, tax automation, asset management, and financial reporting for tax credit investments. In 2018, they joined ProLink Solutions as the VP of Sales & Marketing, where they drive revenue growth and oversees sales and marketing functions.

Ryan Kim attended Harvard University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Master in Design Studies - Real Estate from the Graduate School of Design. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Urban Studies from the University of California, Berkeley from 2002 to 2004.
