Martha McCabe

Martha McCabe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, risk advisory, and athlete representation. Martha served as the RBC Olympian and Marketing Coordinator from October 2013 to October 2017, supporting brand marketing and partnerships. As a two-time Olympian from 2012 to 2016, Martha managed sponsorships, public relations, and personal branding as an Olympic swimmer. Currently, Martha is a Risk and Insurance Advisor at PROLINK, focusing on sustainability and green industries, while also serving as the Founder and President of Head to Head Canada, which promotes mental resilience and physical wellness through Olympian-led mentorship programs. Additionally, Martha held the position of Engagement Manager for Corporate Partnerships at Creative Destruction Lab from December 2021 to April 2024, where significant revenue generation and partner engagement were achieved. Martha holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Management from Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
