Richard Weening

Richard Weening serves as the Chairman and CEO of Prolitec Inc., a global provider of technology-based air care services, since January 2004. Previously, Richard co-founded and held the position of Executive Chairman at CUMULUS MEDIA from 1996 to 2002, focusing on business development and digital media strategy. Earlier in Richard's career, leadership roles included Founder and CEO of ARI Network Services Inc. and Founder, Chairman, and CEO of AgriData Resources Inc. Richard also founded and served as President and Publisher at Raintree Publishers Group and worked as Chief of Staff for the Governor of Wisconsin, as well as a Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives. Richard's educational background includes a BA in Classics, Philosophy, Economics, and Political Science from Saint John's University.
