Alan Ooi

Alan Ooi has extensive experience in fund management and corporate finance, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Fund Management for Prologis since August 2016, overseeing three China ventures with a total equity size of USD 2.6 billion. Prior to this role, Alan was Head and Vice President of China Funds at Ascendas-Singbridge, where management of three private equity real estate funds amounted to SGD 1.2 billion (USD 850 million). Alan's career also includes positions as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at Mapletree, where corporate finance efforts were executed for pan-Asian real estate investments, and as Manager at Alliance Investment Bank, overseeing the listing of multiple companies and significant financial transactions. Alan began a professional path at PwC as a Consultant in Financial Advisory, focusing on distressed companies during the Asian Financial Crisis. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Monash University.
