Alison Butler

Alison (Ali) Butler is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Legal at Prologis and has held significant legal positions at various organizations, including Vantage Specialty Chemicals as General Counsel and National Bank Holdings Corp as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Previously, they served as Associate General Counsel at Wolters Kluwer, where they provided legal support for the Tax and Accounting division and advised on complex transactions and litigation. With a substantial background in Mergers & Acquisitions from their role as Senior M&A Counsel at Accenture and as a partner at Mayer Brown, Butler has developed a robust legal acumen over the years. They earned a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA from the University of Rochester.
