Anne Laplace

Anne LaPlace serves as the First Vice President and Corporate Counsel at ProLogis since July 2007, providing senior legal counsel for the West Region and overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and property development across multiple states including Arizona, California, and Washington. Prior to this role, Anne held the position of Vice President at M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. from February 2006 to July 2007, where responsibilities included in-house legal counsel for real estate transactions in residential development. Anne's experience also includes serving as Senior Counsel at Allen Matkins from June 1997 to February 2006, focusing on real estate transactions, construction contracting, and environmental law. Anne earned a JD in Law from the University of Southern California between 1991 and 1994.
