Arthur van Kooij

Arthur Van Kooij has extensive experience in development and project management within the real estate sector. Since December 2006, Arthur has held various senior roles at Prologis, including SVP Head of Development Management Northern Europe and VP Head of Project Management Northern Europe. Prior to joining Prologis, Arthur worked at CB Richard Ellis as Technical Manager, Property Management from October 2003 to December 2006, and held project and construction management positions at Bovis Lend Lease from July 2000 to October 2003. Arthur's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering Management & Technology from Hogeschool Arnhem en Nijmegen/South Bank University London and a degree in Civil Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool.
