Ben Struewing

Ben Struewing is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment, leasing, and development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Investment Officer at Prologis since October 2022, Ben has previously held significant roles at Duke Realty Corporation, including Vice President of Leasing & Development for the Cincinnati and Columbus markets. Prior to Duke Realty, Ben worked at Hackman Capital Partners, LLC, as Executive Vice President of Investments in the Midwest/Eastern US, and held various positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Duke Realty Corporation, where a strong focus was placed on office and industrial properties. Ben began a career in project management at Multicon Construction. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from Miami University.
