Brett Richer

Brett Richer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental management and underwriting. Currently serving as Vice President for Global Environmental and Engineering at Prologis since May 2018, Brett previously held the position of Director for Global Environmental within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Specialty Underwriter for Environmental at Philadelphia Insurance Companies, Environmental Underwriter at AIG, and Sr. Environment Specialist at Washington Gas. Brett's background also encompasses significant positions at Walgreens as Environmental Compliance Manager, ComEd as Senior Environmental Specialist, ENSR Consulting and Engineering as Environmental Specialist, and USDA-NRCS as Soil Conservationist. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Renewable Natural Resources from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
