Chris Baird

Chris Baird is a seasoned professional in real estate leasing, currently serving as Director of Leasing at Prologis since October 2025. Prior to this role, Baird was Regional Leasing Manager at Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC, from March 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included directing leasing strategies for industrial assets across multiple regions and completing significant leasing transactions. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Leasing at Finmarc Management, Inc., and The CIM Group, focusing on industrial and office assets in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and East Coast. Baird also contributed to the real estate industry as a Reporter for Bisnow and a Research Associate for CoStar Group. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Management Studies from Syracuse University.
