Eva Arbelo

Eva Arbelo is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in lease administration and executive assistance. Since January 2017, Eva has held the position of Property Manager at Prologis, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills in managing property operations. Prior to this role, Eva worked at Adler Group, Inc. from May 2006 to December 2016 as a Lease Administrator/Executive Assistant, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with lease terms, managing master lease files, abstracting lease agreements, preparing tenant estoppels, and utilizing Yardi software for tracking financial obligations. Eva Arbelo is an alumnus of Florida International University.
