Faustine Borie

Faustine Borie is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Prologis since July 2023. Previously, at BIC, Faustine held the position of Global Senior HR Manager for Supply & Delivery from June 2022 to October 2023. Prior to that, extensive experience was gained at Dyson from November 2010 to June 2022 as Head of Talent and Development in EMEA, where leadership was provided in talent management and learning strategies across 15 countries, significantly improving retention and succession planning. Earlier roles include Senior HR Business Partner for Southern Europe at Dyson and Talent Acquisition Partner at ACTED, complemented by HR advisory experience at Edition-Belin. Faustine holds advanced degrees in Human Resources Management from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and IPAG Business School.
