Gus Gradinger

Gus Gradinger is an experienced professional in real estate development and investment, currently serving as Vice President, Customer Led Development at Prologis since June 2016. In this role, Gus is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing Build-to-Suit Transactions throughout the Western United States with key customers. Prior to this position, Gus progressed through various roles at Prologis, including Investment Director and Investment Manager, and began with an internship in Operations. Additional experience includes a Real Estate Marketing Internship at City Ventures, LLC, and a Summer Scholar position at the International Foundation for Research in Experimental Economics. Gus began a career in construction as an Installation Assistant at Fenton Construction. Gus holds a degree from Chapman University, where studies were completed from 2012 to 2016.
