Heidi Genao

Heidi Genao serves as a Real Estate and Customer Experience Manager at Prologis since June 2023. Prior to this role, Genao spent over 13 years as a Property Manager at Professional Management, Inc., overseeing the operations of a 246-unit property and effectively addressing tenant grievances for a diverse community. Previous experience includes serving as a Production Assistant at Engineered Homes and as a Leisure Planning Coordinator at Marriott Vacation Club International, where Genao provided exceptional concierge services to guests. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Valencia Community College, a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, and a Real Estate certification from Ifrec.
