John Hoekstra is an accomplished sustainability leader with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as SVP of Global Sustainability at Prologis since May 2022, John previously held the position of Global Vice President at Schneider Electric Sustainability Business from February 2007 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing global sustainability and cleantech operations. John has also contributed to the field as Director of Sustainability & Cleantech Services, focusing on integrating sustainability into corporate practices for Fortune 500 clients. Earlier in John's career, positions included Client Energy Manager at Summit Energy and Project Engineer at O'Brien & Gere, with initial experience in environmental affairs at Dell Computer. John holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
