Josh Bauer

Josh Bauer is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment and development. Currently serving as Vice President and Investment Officer at Prologis since October 2022, Josh previously held the position of VP, Leasing and Development - Market Officer at Duke Realty Corporation until its acquisition by Prologis. Prior experience includes roles at The Opus Group® as Senior Manager of Real Estate Development and as Manager of Real Estate Development, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing and overseeing industrial development projects. Early in the career, Josh was involved with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as an Associate, contributing to a comprehensive suite of services in commercial real estate. Josh Bauer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa, completed between 2007 and 2011.
