Justin Ide

Justin Ide is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and quality improvement. As the Director of Operational Excellence at Prologis since March 2020, Justin has successfully developed and launched a global revenue-generating initiative that increased gross revenue in the first year without additional expenses. Prior to this role, Justin served as the Director of Quality Improvement and Organizational Excellence at McLaren Health Care, where significant contributions led to the hospital's first profit in five years. Justin's previous positions also include Director of Operations & Organizational Development at ForceOne Solutions, Lean Practitioner at Atrium Health, and consulting roles that focus on process improvement. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of South Carolina.
