Kendra Cislo, CSM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business capability engineering, project management, and customer experience improvement across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Capability Engineering at Prologis, Kendra has held multiple leadership roles since joining the company in October 2018, overseeing document generation and administration. Prior experience includes senior consultancy roles at Strong-Bridge Envision and significant contributions to customer-focused programs at IHS. Kendra's earlier career involved strategic operational roles at Western Union and Coca-Cola Enterprises, where skills in financial planning, process improvement, and agile methodologies were further developed. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University.
