Martin Balaz

Martin Balaz serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management for Central Europe at Prologis, a position held since September 2014. Prior roles at Prologis include SVP and Country Manager for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, as well as various leadership positions in leasing and development. Before joining Prologis, Martin Balaz worked at Cushman & Wakefield from April 2008 to September 2014, where responsibilities included heading the Industrial department for Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Earlier experience includes a marketing and sales role at NABAZ Plus s.r.o. Martin Balaz holds an MBA in Business Administration in Construction and Real Estate from The College of Estate Management and a Master's degree in Marketing and International Trade from Technická univerzita vo Zvolene.
