Miao Xu

Miao Xu is a skilled professional currently serving as a HiPE Leadership Development Associate at Prologis since October 2022. Miao's impressive academic background includes dual degrees from MIT Sloan School of Management, encompassing a Tsinghua - MIT Global MBA and MSMS in Real Estate, along with cross-registration programs at Harvard Business School and Harvard University. Previous experience includes roles as an EPC Project Manager and Senior Architect at UNITED UNITS Architects Ltd, an MBA Summer Intern at China International Capital Corporation, and leadership positions in various project teams during MBA studies. Miao has co-founded a company and served as COO, demonstrating entrepreneurial capabilities, and earned recognition as one of two Asian recipients of the 2018 Helmut-Hentrich Foundation Scholarship.
