Patrick Gemma

Patrick Gemma is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience in capital deployment and development. Currently serving as the Head of Capital Deployment for the West Region at Prologis since August 2018, Patrick previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Market Leader at DCT Industrial from December 2012 to August 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing development and capital deployment activities in the Seattle market. Prior experience also includes serving as Senior Development Manager at Panattoni Development Company from January 2001 to December 2012 and as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at PGP Valuation from January 1990 to December 1994. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Oregon, completed in 1989.
