Ryan Stephens

Ryan Stephens currently serves as the Engineering Manager for PV & ESS Americas at Prologis, a position assumed in January 2024. With a robust background in engineering management, Ryan previously held roles at Adecco @ Google Nest as Partner Manager for Energy Services, and at Citadel Roofing & Solar, where Ryan was an Engineering Manager. At PetersenDean Roofing and Solar, Ryan significantly contributed as the National Engineering and Design Manager, overseeing a 20+ member engineering team and driving revenue growth from $3M to $15M. Earlier experience includes positions at SolarCity as a PV Designer II and as a Research Assistant with UBC/NOAA, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. Additionally, Ryan has experience as a kayak guide, facilitating educational trips in marine environments.
