Scott Gregory, CCIM, serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for the East Region at Prologis, overseeing a vast portfolio of 200 million square feet of commercial real estate and managing a team of nearly 200 across multiple markets. With prior leadership roles including SVP Market Officer for South Florida and Central Florida, Scott has demonstrated expertise in asset management, leasing, and strategic portfolio direction. Previous experience includes positions at Lincoln Property Company, RREEF, and KB Home, as well as military service as a Captain in the US Army. Scott holds a BS in Business Administration with a Spanish minor from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Hawaii Pacific University.
