Seth A. Kaplan

Seth A. Kaplan is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Management and Capability Engineering at Prologis, a multi-national real estate investment trust, since March 2010. In this role, Seth leads initiatives in technology, process improvement, and product management, driving enhanced analytics and streamlined workflows. Over the years at Prologis, Seth has advanced through various positions, including Vice President of Operational Finance and Deployment, Director of Operational Finance and Deployment, and Senior Associate for Portfolio and Asset Management. Prior to Prologis, Seth held roles at Philips, Zenta, and REIS, Inc. Seth holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam, a Master of Science in Real Estate from NYU Schack Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Economics from Boston University.
