Mike Alt

Mike Alt has a diverse work experience, starting from 2007 to the present. Mike began working as a Mascot for the Reno Silver Sox in 2007 and continued in this role until 2008. In 2009, they took on the position of Sales Lead at Aeropostale, where they were responsible for providing excellent customer service and completing daily tasks. From 2011 to 2013, Mike worked as a Supervisor at Terrible Herbst, managing a team of 10 associates and ensuring quality and customer service standards were met. In 2013, they became a Business Operations Manager at Old Navy until 2016. Mike then joined ProLogistix in 2016 as a Business Development Manager and later transitioned to the role of Market Growth Manager in 2022. In 2017, Mike Alt founded Can't Is Not An Excuse, a company dedicated to inspiring individuals to overcome challenges through speeches and involvement in camps and programs. Mike also served as the Head Coach for the varsity Tennis team at Damonte Ranch High School, where they taught the necessary skills and strategies while instilling qualities such as leadership and sportsmanship.
