Caroline de Jong

Caroline De Jong has extensive experience in the corporate world, having held various leadership roles in both Proluxe and BBVA Compass Bank. In their current role as Chief of Staff at Proluxe, Caroline oversees operations, serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and manages sales and marketing administration. Prior to this, at BBVA Compass Bank, Caroline was the AVP and SMART Team Regional Manager, where Caroline led the Special Monitor and Review Team for the California region, conducting audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
