Rob Frames

Rob Frames is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Corporate Finance Manager at Proman since March 2024. Prior experience includes eight years at Deloitte, where Rob held roles as Manager and Assistant Manager in M&A Financial Advisory, specializing in valuation and modeling for a diverse range of clients, including start-ups and private equity firms. Rob also worked as a Manager and Assistant Manager in Audit and Assurance, focusing on international group audits in Switzerland, particularly within the commodity trading sector. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Research Analyst at Vestact Asset Management. Rob holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance with Accounting, both from the University of Cape Town. Industry exposure spans real estate, beneficiary trusts, metal and mining, transport, and furniture retail.
