Stuart Soares

Stuart Soares is an experienced professional in project quality management and operations, currently serving as Project Quality Manager at Proman since January 2025. Previously held roles include Senior Project Manager at Bureau Veritas Group, where management of significant projects involved blending natural gas and H2 assessments and implementing a Leak Detection and Repair Program. As Head of Operations at Bureau Veritas Group, Stuart oversaw the Sines regional branch, driving revenue performance and managing a 0.7M€ budget. Earlier roles at QatarEnergy, ISQ, and ISQapave included quality control and engineering positions with a focus on pipeline projects for major oil and gas companies.
