Benjamin Williams

Benjamin Williams is currently a Help Desk Specialist at ProMedTek, Inc., where Benjamin provides technical support and training to users on government computer, network, and communication devices. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as a Senior Communications Advisor in the US Army, overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of signal support systems and network integration. Benjamin also has experience as a Help Desk Support Specialist, managing the organizations Help Desk and installing/configuring various devices. With an Associate's degree in Network and Server Administration, Benjamin has a strong background in IT support and communication systems.
