Ilonka Dorrepaal

Ilonka Dorrepaal is an experienced professional in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as the Directeur Ontwikkeling at Promen since May 2021, where responsibilities include integral oversight of the Ontwikkelbedrijf and participation in the executive team. Previous roles include Bedrijfsmanager Innovatie en Talentontwikkeling and Programmamanager Innovatie en Arbeidsontwikkeling at Promen, as well as Program Director for Organization, Learning and Development at The Hague Graduate School. Ilonka has also authored significant works on recruitment and labor mediation, contributing valuable insights to the field.
