Accounting and Finance has always been treated as a back-office function. We believe it belongs
at the front.

Promentrs is a professional services firm built around a different kind of accounting and finance professional. One who pairs deep technical skills with the emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and communication ability to engage diverse teams and drive real outcomes across your entire organization.

The name combines Professional & Mentors. We believe the best professionals do not just execute, they raise the level of everyone around them.

We partner with CFOs and finance leaders, placing accounting and finance professionals on an interim and project basis. Our people embed directly into your team and execute alongside them. They own their deliverables and stay until the work is done.
