Felipe Peña

Felipe Peña is currently the Vicepresidente de Transformación Digital y Canales at Banco Promerica in the Dominican Republic. A graduate in Business Administration from Universidad APEC, they have over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in digital innovation, user experience, and sales. Felipe has previously served as Gerente Canales Alternos at Banco Promerica and as Sub-Gerente Banca Electrónica at Banco del Progreso, where they led critical projects in internet banking and mobile payments. Additionally, they are an active member of both the Technology and Innovation Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce and the Financial User Relations Committee at the Association of Banks of the Dominican Republic. Felipe is currently pursuing various diplomas in managerial skills, social media, and fintech.
