Andrew Velez

Andrew Velez is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in asset management, investment banking, and equity research. Currently serving as an Asset Management / Financial Analyst at Prometheus Real Estate Group since February 2023, Andrew has previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Financial Technology Partners from July 2022 to December 2022. Andrew's experience also includes a role as an Equity Research Analyst with the University of Utah Student Investment Fund and a Lead Loan Underwriter at Acima Credit, where employment extended from August 2016 to August 2020. Additionally, Andrew held a position as a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst at Terramar Ventures in early 2020. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus on Advanced Financial Analysis from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
