Charmaine Lin

Charmaine Lin has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Charmaine began their career at Northwest Administrators, Inc in 2004 as a Compliance Auditor, where they gained experience in ensuring regulatory compliance. In 2006, Charmaine joined Google as a Quality Ad Rater, contributing to the accuracy and effectiveness of Google's advertising system. Charmaine then transitioned to Prometheus Real Estate Group in 2007, where they held the position of Director, Tax Planning & Treasury. In this role, Charmaine worked with the largest private owner of multi-family properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in property acquisition, development, and management. Overall, Charmaine's work experience demonstrates their expertise in compliance, advertising, and real estate.

Charmaine Lin attended Mills High School from 1996 to 2000, where they achieved the honor of Valedictorian. Charmaine then pursued their higher education at the University of California, Davis from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Managerial Economics. Additionally, Charmaine has obtained several certifications, including CPR-AED Certified from Cintas in April 2012. Charmaine also holds a California Registered Tax Preparer certification from the California Tax Education Council and an IRS PTIN certification from the Internal Revenue Service.
