Ian Rogers

Ian Rogers has a strong background in asset management and property management, primarily focused in the real estate industry. Ian started their career in 2008 at Prometheus Real Estate Group, where they worked as a Property Manager until 2010. Ian then transitioned into the role of Asset Management Analyst from 2010 to 2012, before becoming an Asset Manager from 2012 to 2017. In 2018, Ian returned to Prometheus Real Estate Group as the Director of Asset Management, and later advanced to the position of Senior Director of Asset Management in 2021. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing assets in the Bay Area and Portland, handling valuation, reporting, and project management.

Ian Rogers completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from UC Irvine, studying from 2000 to 2005.
