Crystal Phillips

Crystal Phillips serves as the Director of Sales for Routine Maintenance at Prometheus Group, a role held since December 2024, where responsibilities include enhancing maintenance productivity through EAM software. Prior to this, Crystal held several leadership positions at Bandwidth Inc. from January 2019 to October 2024, overseeing national accounts and customer acquisition in the communications sector. Crystal also demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as the Event Coordinator and Owner of Baguettaboutit, a food truck operation, from August 2014 to March 2024. Additional experience includes positions in sales and management at SAS, Global Knowledge Training, Heartland Payment Systems, SunTrust, and Payment Alliance International, demonstrating a strong background in sales, client management, and customer service. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications/Advertising Sales from Campbell University.
