Tom Ruban is an accomplished sales and solutions engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Sales and Solution Engineering at Stealth since August 2024. Additionally, Tom holds a position as an Advisory Board Member at ProMetronics. Previously, Tom spent over 22 years at Juniper Networks, culminating in the role of Head of Global Sales Engineering, where key responsibilities included strategic planning and enhancing relationships with senior customers and partners. Tom has also held various leadership positions within Juniper Networks, such as VP Sales/Systems Engineering for EMEA & CALA, with significant achievements in collaborative customer engagement strategies. Earlier career roles include Senior Technical Director at Unisphere Networks Inc. and various leadership positions at Siemens Public Communications.
